Almudena Cathedral

Near the royal palace is the city church, and it is noted that the name of the church is derived from Arabic origin, and it is one of the largest and most modern churches in Spain. It was built and renewed more than once, and at the end of (1993 AD) it was officially announced that it would open in its new form. In the vicinity of the church there are the last Arab monuments found in Madrid, which are believed to be the remains of the Arab Castle of Magriet, which is the main seed from which the city of Madrid originated. This region is called (Muralla Arabe)
