Palma de Mallorca is one of the most popular tourist cities on our planet and is the capital of the autonomous community of the same name in Spain. The richness of the historical heritage blends harmoniously here with the sea and the warm sun for a comfortable holiday and a wide range of excursions and activities. The best cafes, restaurants, shops and nightclubs are at your service. In this paradisiacal corner, in addition to tourism, and the developed transport infrastructure: there is a sea port, its own railway station and an international airport.

Each historical period has left its mark on Palma in the form of a large number of different attractions. Muslim arches are next to Arab baths, Catholic cathedrals are next to European palaces, Renaissance buildings are next to Gothic churches, not to mention fortresses and museums. The ruling Bourbon dynasty not only rests here, but also performs its representative functions. In the name of the Kings of Spain, official receptions are given.

Palma de Mallorca, which is architecturally often compared to Barcelona, is home to 407,648 people, the vast majority of whom are employed in tourism. This fact is not a surprise, since the local airport alone receives 25 million tourists during the year, and another 1.5 to 2 million people come ashore from cruise ships and ferries.

Palma Center:

The central area of Palma is a historical center full of attractions and places of interest. Narrow medieval streets, wide avenues and beautiful squares. You can stay deep in the historic neighborhoods, in a transport center in Plaza España or in the Santa Catalina neighborhood, where nightlife abounds.

Cathedral:

The Cathedral or La Seu is one of the most outstanding Gothic buildings in which Antonio Gaudí and Miguel Barceló have worked. The 6-point star-shaped window plinth consists of 12,000 colored glasses and is one of the largest in the world (97.5 m²). The cathedral looks particularly spectacular with night lighting.

Bellver Castle:

Bellver Castle rises above the bay of Palma, 2.5 km from the city. It can be accessed by a tourist bus. The Gothic castle is famous for its unusual round shape. The castle citadel is about 50 meters in diameter. The castle houses a museum of the city's history, and there is an observation deck on the castle's roof.

A small courtyard and the two rooms of the bathrooms themselves are open to ten people at a time. 2.00 euros for adults and free for children.
