Museum of Navarra

The Museum of Navarra is located in the old pilgrim hospital, a beautiful historical building with a Plateresque-style façade, dating from 1556. The museum presents a diverse collection with its 34 rooms. The exhibits include a variety of archaeological sites and fine arts: ancient Roman artifacts, medieval religious paintings, and ancient treasures from the Islamic era. Highlights include the Roman sculptures and mosaic bridges, the Roman capitals of the cathedral monastery and the paintings of Beerra and Morales. We must not miss the 11th century Moorish ivory cemetery found in the Monastery of La Guarida on the outskirts of Córdoba.
