Itinerary

Day 1 : Welcome to Barcelona 

Arrival and transfer to the hotel.
Breakfast and accommodations. Day at leisure. Possibility of optional excursions .
City tour of this legendary pilgrimage town: Wander the streets of Las Ramblas, in the heart of the city. The main boulevard runs from Placa de Catalunya Square in the north, down to the port. Restaurants, flower stalls and souvenir shops line the footpaths. Street performers entertain families during the day and revelers fill the bars well into the night.
Explore the Gothic District, to the north of Las Ramblas. Here you ll find the 14th-century Barcelona Cathedral, which houses the remains of the city s co-patron saint, Eulalia of Barcelona.
Ride a cable car to the top of Montjuic, a commanding hill near the city center, and spend a day exploring the many attractions. Cool off by the Magic Fountain (Font Magica), which stands before the neo-baroque National Palace (Palau National) before enjoying the traditional arts and cuisine of the Poble Espanyol (Spanish Village).
Gaud s fanciful buildings are a Barcelona highlight and can be explored in chronological order. Start at his first house, Casa Vicens, before finishing at his final masterpiece, Sagrada Familia. Don t miss Park Guell, which features a mosaic terrace with views of the city and harbor.
Barcelona is home to more than 50 museums. Discover the childhood drawings of Spain s greatest artist at the Picasso Museum, then set sail for the Maritime Museum (Museu Maritim) in the historic 14th-century dockyards.

Day 2 : to 4 :Panoramic Tour in Madrid

City tour of this legendary pilgrimage town:* The impressive Royal Palace, former residence of the Spanish Kings and beautifully furnished and decorated. You will be able to admire the official Reception rooms, the Museum area, the Royal Chapel, the Throne Room and the private rooms of King Carlos III and Queen Isabel II.
* The Monastery of El Escorial was built under the reign of the powerful King Philip II to be a Residence for the Spanish Kings, Monastery and Pantheon of the Royal Family, becoming as a symbol of the great power of the Spanish Empire on the time. The monument was declared of Artistic and Historic interest, and Mankind Heritage . The visit include the Monastery, the Cloister of the Four Evangelists, the Palace of Philip II, Pantheons of the Royal Family, the Chapterhouses, and the Basilica, and the very important Library. The Valley of the Fallen is a monument built as a memorial of those who died during the Spanish Civil War in 1.936.
* The Royal Site of Aranjuez was a place of leisure for the Spanish Kings during the XVIII century. It was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. We will visit the inside of the beautiful Royal Palace and the magnificent Gardens.
* The Prado Museum is renowned as being the largest art gallery in the world. It is now one of Spain s major tourist attractions. It also exhibits sculptures, drawings, coins and other works of arts, but it is undoubtedly its large collection of paintings which has given it fame worldwide. It houses more than 8,600 paintings, of which they exhibit less than 2,000 because of lack of space available. Many museums throughout the world have less artistic riches in their halls than the Prado Museum has in storage. The present day art gallery comes from the royal collections of the old Trinidad Museum, as well as acquisitions, donations and bequests.

Day 5 : Tour Over After Breakfast 

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport for the flight . Arrival and end of the services.
